Had one parcel in January that never arrived, I had a message on the app saying it had been delayed and would be on the move within 24 hours, it still says that on the app now in April and has never been updated, luckily the retailer was able to send another item which I did receive. Fast forward to April and the same message has appeared on The app for another package, the retailer has already confirmed that the delay is from Hermes, which makes sense as they have stated they have received it, again no updates since Friday and it’s incredibly difficult, no, in fact impossible to talk to anybody that can sort it out, you also can’t go to the depot like other firms to pick up your parcel.
If I haven’t seen any movement this week I’ll have no choice but to contact Trading Standards as this type of service falls way below the mark of any other courier I’ve used.
I also have a screen shot I took of a strange time stamp . The delivery, my phone clearly shows the time is just past 8pm while the Hermes log in time for my parcel is an hour in the future at just past 9pm.
It maybe nothing but I would like it explained.
