I’ve been tracking my parcel for weeks, excited.
It came to the Monday where the app said, great news your parcel will be delivered today!
It never turned up. No tracking information after this point. Can not speak to a human being as every time I try to get through the automated bot won’t let me. The Bot says yes your parcel is with your courier out for delivery, has he been looking for my
House for a week or something?
No, you might experience a delay or nothing waited all week for the last courier who’s potentially sat in his arse.
All I want is an update and you just can’t, all I would need for a five star service is reassurance, someone to actually talk too.
If I could put 0 stars I would. Nothing but a waste of time. AVOID!!
