Worst company to use.
Ordered trainers from JD which obviously weren’t cheap. Waited a week had no email off Hermes so i tracked my parcel on Hermes website for it to say they are waiting for my parcel.. I messaged jd customer service they sent me a tracking on their side of the website and it said It was on its way ,I emailed jd customer service again for them to email me to say my parcel has been lost in transit! No, more like someone who works for Hermes have pinched them! What tramps!
