This must be the worst courier service that’s ever been thought of !!! This is how there ‘couriers’ leave parcels! Not one of my neighbours received a knock on there door asking if they could take the delivery! What’s more annoying is I got the email saying driver left it in my “safe place” of choice! I didn’t have a safe place of choice! I’d rather the driver took it back on his van & returned again! Try using there live chat it’s rubbish! I complained about this getting left on doorstep & all automated system was replying to me was ‘parcel delivered’ Biggest bunch of cowboys!
