Parcel lost and no delivery after 4 weeks , can’t talk to any one , online website, parcel being returned, 4 weeks later, still waiting, this is a very expensive Dyson Hoover£500 which custom has paid for , it has been stolen by one member of staff, and probably got to a good home or auction site, do not use this cowboy firm.
