I am absolutely fuming, First time I am using Hermes to send handmade items to family and they LOST BOTH OF THEM. The items cannot be replaced since it was a unique piece of artwork that took hours of work to make. I am devastated and the people it was sent to are crushed. On the top of that, even though they have utterly failed to deliver my precious parcels, the burden of proof falls on me to provide evidences of their own failing. It is disgraceful.
