I would give zero score if I could.
Useless and utterly shameful the way Hermes cannot be contacted.
Took over a fortnight for parcel to arrive. When it did it was saturated in diesel. The sneaky thing is they wrapped that end in black plastic to hide the diesel spill. How rotten!
