I have read a lot of reviews posted by other people my problem is more of the same Hermes in Edinburgh have had my parcel since 5th of April this is now the 28th of April and still no sign of it Hermes are not contactable by any means I have tried all ways with no success. DONT touch this company they are the worst to deal with SHOCKING there should be a investigation by trading standards.
