Instruction left for safe place as I wasnt sure if I would be home. This was totally ignored and parcel left propped against front door for anyone to steal!
Have contacted company I purchased goods from to say they weren't a problem but due to the incompetence of Hermes I wont be buying from them again...maybe that's the only way to encourage Hermes to deliver appropriately?
