After days of telling me that my parcel couldn't be delivered due to external factors...it turns out that they had lost my package! To make it worse they didn't even have an address, just the name of the city.
I more than understand the difficulties during these very difficult times. However, I have never had a successful delivery from this company. They once delivered my partners package to a bush at the front of the house!!!
