I was informed that my parcel was being delivered between 12 and 4 yesterday. As we are all working from home and can see our front drive at all times, when no Hermes van had arrived by 4, I checked the tracking message which stated my parcel had been posted through my letterbox at 15.50. If this wasn't so pathetic and frustrating it would have been funny as I do not have a letterbox. To confirm the delivery a ridiculous photo of what looked like dirt and a metal bar was the proof that indeed this was the letterbox my parcel had been posted through! All attempts to contact Hermes were met with robots and no help whatsoever. If they were the last delivery company on earth, I wouldn't used them. Absolutely disgraceful way to treat paying customers
