My parcel was due to be collected on14th April, no driver arrived.
Phoned next day, yes will be collected today, no driver turned up.
Tried live chat with Holly, she was utterly useless, can't e.mail anyone, don't even attempt to speak to a human, they don't exist at Hermes. No idea how to get a refund as it's now 2 weeks since
I placed the order and it's still showing awaiting collection!!
