ROYAL MAIL IS ROYAL MAIL! I have sent 100s of parcels via Royal Mail to date , not a single parcel lost. I have tried hermes first time in my life, sent a number of parcels, and already 3 lost!!! coating me 400 pounds loss! awful company, awful service, AVOID at all cost!!
