I’ve had a second parcel returned to me with the excuse that the customer refused the parcel - and one of the “customers” was a returns department!!!
I contacted My Hermes through Resolver after getting no response from them. They responded by saying that someone would contact me in 24 hours - it’s now been 24 DAYS without contact!!!!! And that’s after 5 more emails from me.
The price you pay for delivery of your parcel should be second to the quality of the service (delivery).
Avoid My Hermes at all cost!
