So if a driver goes away on holiday or has days off work, Hermes policy facilitates there self employed drivers to store parcels in their vans for anything up to several weeks that was collected on there last day of working! Even though they have to pass the depot! The only way to get them to solve a complaint is to drive to there depot and refuse to leave until it is sorted! Don’t bother emailing phoning this will just waste time and whilst you are doing this your parcel will be sold at a auction in the Birmingham area, don’t just take my word for it take joe lycett on channel 4 word for it! Awful company, pay a little extra and use a proper firm! If you use Hermes you will regret it guaranteed! I’ve had lots of problems in the past, I left it over five years and recently thought they can’t still mess up every parcel can they! Sure enough they did for me!
