I will never use this company again. After losing my parcel, they initially refused to refund the postage , but accepted later on appeal to to do.
I felt that because of all the different companies involved in their system that no one seemed to be in control , the drop off blamed the courier and Hermes and visa versa,
No confidence at all and reluctant to buy from anyone who uses them as again they have lost incoming parcels.
