THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE ON EARTH!
I was meant to receive 2 parcels from them in the last 3 months. Both times there has been false information on the tracking data. Both times they claim to have attempted delivery but where told the parcel was no longer needed so it will be sent back to the sender... better yet, the only number I can find to call them on doesn’t work and the online chat helpless.
Hermes, sort it out! It’s shameful!
