Sent a parcel with MyHermes
Arrived in there depot quite fast to be honest....then the nightmare started :
For some reason the delivery was postponed 24h then again then again for a ALL Months !
At the end I refunded the customer and ask for the parcel to be returned.
Got it after few days :
What a surprise :
Box completely destroyed as if they were playing football with it !
And to finish me, half of the machine disappeared !!!!
MyHermes you are a disgrace.
