Wish I could give 0 stars!! Said my parcel had been delivered and signed for by resident when it hadn't!! Can't even get in touch with Hermes to submit a complaint!!
Drivers also think it's acceptable to open a LOCKED electric box using their own key and leave a parcel in there!!
Avoid at all costs!!
