I Ordered £400 worth of clothing for the family from Jdsports. I received a message saying my parcel was out for delivery. I waited in at home on the delivery date and the parcel was never delivered. I informed Jdsports who chased it up with Hermes. Hermes said it was "damaged in transet" (stolen by driver more like). This seems to be very commen with Hermes and people's parcels going missing. Long story short I never received my goods. The customer service form Jdsports was excellent and they gave me a full refund.
