On line retailers like witt international should consider using any delivery company other than Hermes. We had a parcel due between 1400 and 1600 yesterday but at 2230 tracking claimed it was delivered and signed for. Attempts to resolve were pointless via the robot holly. In fact the driver came this morning and said he couldn't find our home last night. Clearly a standard excuse. Why record delivery instead of simply saying it's delayed. Can it be because witt international have a contract with Hermes and Hermes lie to them and customers on a daily basis.
