Iv come to the conclusion that the very few good reviews on here are submitted by Hermes staff. I suggest you go onto the Hermes page on facebook to read the true reviews from genuine people who have been let down by this totally unprofessional company. This is why Hermes make it virtually impossible to phone them and what can I say about Holly the robot (online chat) she just says same thing over and over. "Item delivered"
