I ordered a craft kit 5 weeks ago and the company uses Hermes to deliver. After 3 weeks and numerous tracking updates confirming Hermes had the parcel, they lost it. The craft company sent a replacement out 10 days ago. 3 times I have been assured Hermes will deliver that day during a 4hr window. 3 times they have then delayed it by 48 hours. It is impossible as a recipient to get through to them. No business should use Hermes as their delivery company. They will ruin your hard-earned brand reputation!
