My parcel was allegedly delivered 2 days ago at either 16.30 according to the email, or 17.30 according to the app, ( i checked both at 17.00). I was home all day no one came to the door, no parcel was left and I checked all over the place. Unfortunately, Hermes keep referring me back to retailer via their automated system. Even the highly expensive phone line appears to be closed now. Sports direct have been almost as hard to contact and I have yet to hear back from them.
This is not my first problem with a delivery from Hermes but after the other order which sadly is due from them this week, it will definitely be the last.
When trying to contact Hermes by phone it was suggested I email, if anyone can find an address i'd love to know it as I can't seem to find it.
Shame I can't give minus 5 stars.
