Hermes have lost countless packages due to be delivered to me. Things have been damaged and then lost. They constantly say my property is inaccessible or no one is home, BOTH LIES!!! A representative I managed to speak with once said some drivers don't like to deliver to farms as they might be muddy, WTF!!!aOur farm cottage has a clear drive to our front door and never muddy or blocked! Yesterday I had successful deliveries from Amazon, DHL & dpd but for some reason not the Hermes delivery! I'm sick of this! I'm adding a photo of the front of my home to show there are no obstructions!
