I sent an Etsy item with Hermes 6 weeks ago and the buyer still hasn't received it. Tracking just says Hermes have it. I don't believe the current situation makes any difference because I am still recieving parcels quickly from other businesses. Its impossible to get through to the customer service line. I was on hold for 40 minutes before I gave up. More money on my phone bill and I will have to refund the buyer. Absolutely disgraceful service. Never using again. Where is my parcel??!
