I was tracking my item and suddenly it changed to delivered 1 hour in the future ,signiture unavailable, never received my parcel. Hermes not interested saying its been delivered.
Can't contact a person only an automated computer.
I then checked reviews OH MY Goodness I am not alone !!!!!!!
