No delivery attempted but tracking said I was not in ( family of 4 isolating in London during pandemic) of course we were at home! The next info sent was that they were advised that the parcel was no longer needed and are returning it back to sender ( international ) contact with useless holly digital assistant only as there is nobody to help you.
Had I known that hermes would be involved I would have ordered dpd.
