Hermes is a bad company, a lot of people unfortunately don't realise that until something, even tiny, out of the ordinary happens and you cannot click any options!
You are not able to speak to anyone on the phone, the 'holly' should be called 'hell i' is the same, nothing works!
Your parcel is lost forever, gone to wrong address, signed for by some stranger who keeps your item...who knows?
this computerised system only works to some extent but is basically a lot of pain......
