ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC
Hermes has to be the most disrespectful and shameful courier company out there. Every time I order something that's supposed to be delivered by Hermes it never shows or if it does it's damaged. I've now stopped ordering from companies that use Hermes due to this which is such a shame for these companies as they're losing out on sales. Can't even get my money back as when you need to speak to someone you can't. My emails go unanswered as well. I would strongly recommend to anyone using or about to use this shocking courier service not too.
