If i could give 0 stars i would. I was expecting a delivery for a chess set for myself. It showed on MyHermes tracking it was delivered on Saturday 12:04pm at my workplace. Lies. My workplace is closed on Saturdays. The security shutters are brought down every day after work. There is no way this can be posted through the "LETTERBOX" as mentioned by MyHermes. Even if the security shutters were up, the letterbox would only allow paper thin envelopes through unless the delivery driver causes some damage to it. Obviously, the driver whom delivered it has signed it off as delivered and either took my box or something.
