Absolutely terrible company to deal with. I rarely take time out like this to criticise a company but the Hermes Delivery service is simply terrible. I actively avoid buying from retailers who use Hermes. Today, I was expecting a parcel. I received an email to say it had been delivered but I have not received my parcel nor has anyone even rang my doorbell. This is the second time this has happened in a month. On both occasions my address and postcode were clear and easily found using Google maps if delivery driver needed to use this resource. I have tried to contact Hermes and can only get through to an automated customer service system which once I enter the tracking number says my order has been delivered. I have not received my parcel and I know from a local social media page this is a significant problem with many people receiving emails to say their parcels have been delivered when in fact they have never received them. I am now forced to go back to the retailer I made the purchase from who will ultimately end up out of pocket. At these tough times, no one wants to put more pressure on businesses but with Hermes doing a 5 star job of losing many parcels this is essentially what is happening. I would give the company a 0 if I could.
