The level of ineptitude displayed whilst undertaking a simple delivery was astounding. I could have delivered it more quickly myself if I had put it in my rucksack and taken it by bicycle.
Unless you are sending an item that has a value of less than five pence AND the person at the receiving end is prepared to wait for months to receive the item, I'd strongly suggest using an alternative courier. Now I understand why they are cheap - there's a reason behind it!
