I got a message on ebay saying that my parcel was delivered by hermes at around 12pm and have apparently signed for it. Since we are in lockdown I have been home all day and no one has knocked. I checked outside and have asked my neighbours. Nothing! I check the hermes website and all you get is useless robots. Even the twitter account for hermes doesn't seem to care for customers distress. I'm fuming. I'm upset. I've been robbed and they had the goard to fake my signature and run off with my books! Im not the only one in this boat. Its happened to many people especially in the last few months. Hope the company drops the soap and gets what it deserves.
