Status has sat at "waiting to receive your parcel" for four and a half days after the package was handed over and a receipt obtained in Manchester. Yesterday, "We've received your parcel and sending it back to the sender" from your Weybridhe centre. Today, it's at the Rugby distribution centre... Do you have the first clue what you are doing?
Previous packages have been lost, s!ashed, and on one occasion on first delivery attempt, placed in a "secure" recycling bin cleared before we got home. Value for money of your service? Well into mnus rating!
