Received an email at 19:20 saying they attempted delivery at 19:56 and no one was at home!!. Presumably they time travelled!!! On contacting the company the parcel came from they informed they had attempted to deliver to a business but it was closed however they will re attempt the following day.
They are now declining to re attempt delivery until the company contacts them to arrange this.
Absolutely shocking service.
