Yet another item i ordered online was "delivered'' by Hermes, but where it was ''delivered'' to i have no idea. Not my house anyway or my neighbours. You get an email from Hermes saying that the parcel has been delivered but there is no way to contact them to advise that they have delivered it to the wrong address.
I estimate that for every 3 parcels i have ordered and the seller is using Hermes that 1 of those parcels will never turn up.
