There is a reason they are the cheapest courier, do not use!
Lost (probably stolen) another one of my parcels, it was being tracked in their system 'we have your parcel' and stayed on this for weeks. The website stated due to COVID-19 there may be delays so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After a time it then disappeared from their tracking system. I was told I couldn't claim because I had left it to long to report, i regretted giving them benefit of doubt that the virus had delayed the parcel and was contradictory to their T&C. They also said I could not claim anyway because it was electronic, 'tablet' i noticed was not on the exempt list. the first parcel they lost of mine was a mobile phone which I would class as 'electronic' and after months of going through Hermes claim process, I did get a refund. The live chat and website/customer phone service does not allow you to speak to a real human if you have problems. Just do not use go with another courier or RM and pay the little extra.
