Appalling customer service. They've managed to lose a large parcel. Forget trying to phone this useless company as they have a robot voice message that cuts you off.
Even with email (which the address is difficult to find) you'll be fobbed off. In this instance they've suggested I take the matter up with Parcels2Go, an onine portal I used to choose Hermes.
If you want to lose stuff and enjoy world-class useless customer service - use Hermes
