I posted my return item to Debenhams using the pre paid label the last week in April, ref 3491105488184675. It has since shown as processing then i received an email saying it had been lost at depot? And i should contact Debenhams?? Item cost me £103.00 and i am disgusted with the service provided. I will never use Hermes again and will spread the word! Avoid at all costs.
