Absolutely disgraceful service!
Do not use if you want your parcel to arrive within a fortnight!
Have had deliveries without any problems from dpd, ups and parcelforce recently but Hermes are undoubtedly the worst courier service in the UK currently. Avoid using them and use any courier instead.
