DO NOT USE!,,Hermes are a disgraceful example of a delivery service. It’s not uncommon for items to be advised to customers as delivered when they haven’t.
Impossible to speak to someone at Hermes, just get robot who gives no option to speak to a human and therefore blocked from trying to locate your missing, undelivered item.
Avoid..they may be competitive ply priced but they are neither reliable or give a damn where your parcel ends up.
