The parcel I sent was stolen by your company Hermes International.
I am angry as I feel the parcel I sent to France as a special gift has been stolen by your company .
No attempt was made for delivery, on tracking it showed “in depot” in France and it was not even attempted to deliver. It was a big parcel so impossible to get lost . Had 7 or 8 live chats ( impossible to talk to a human ) with always the same robotic message “ will be delivered by tomorrow “ and yet nothing, one month later .
Quite simply you are thieves
