5 days ago I paid for 3 parcels to be collected the following day as I am not only one of the shielded but also unable to drive at the moment.
So disappointed to still have my parcels here. My son keeps asking if his is on its way. I have to keep saying no not yet. Now it is a Bank holiday Monday.
Will not be using this home collection service from Hermes again.
