Hermes damaged a parcel and we can't contact them for the insurance:
I sold an item to a customer using the app DEPOP, who booked the Hermes delivery themselves. The item got collected from my address and never got to the buyer. We checked the tracking service and it said that on April 24th the parcel got damaged and wasn't delivered. Today is may 24th and we still have not been contacted. It's been a month since the damage. No one has said a word and there's no way to fill out s complaint and get the money back. There's no way to directly speak to an agent and make a complain, as Hermes/Depop should refund the buyer for the damage.
