Everytime I have anything delivered by Hermes there is a problem. They either claim nobody was in (when I've been there all day), leave an almost indecipherable note, leave it anywhere in the front of the house that they feel like (which is open to the road) or flat out lie that they have left a parcel through the letterbox when it is too big to fit in a letterbox!
Seriously the outright WORST delivery company ever.
Completely useless, lazy and inept.
