They sent email on APRIL 18th to tell me they had received my parcel from a garden centre, and that it would be on its way.
Tried the "virtual assistant" - that was surreal and, of course, fruitless. They really should have a zero stars rating category, as 1 is far too generous.
I hope they are still watering my plants twice a day in the Hermes parallel universe.
