As per usual, always something up with a Hermes delivery. Claimed to have attempted delivery today for 21:00 and now they claim there has been an issue.
Can never speak with anyone at customer service either.
I WILL STOP SHOPPING WITH COMPANIES THAT USE HERMES DUE TO THEIR CONSTANT UNRELIABILITY.
