I dropped of parcel and it got collected 3 days later, since then tracking tells me it has been collected - this was 3 weeks ago, it would be for the best if this company collapses, In my line of business and huge experience with sending and receiving parcels Hermes is in league of its own as a worst courier company. I would never use them or deal with business if I known they use Hermes.
This particular parcel was organised to be send by customer because it was cheap - you get what you pay for. STAY AWAY SPREAD THE WORD !!!
