Tracker says delivered and signed for at 6.14 on Friday night. I was in, and no-one rang. Checked my cameras and no-one had been. Have rung Hermes, can only get automated response that says it has been delivered - Cannot speak to a human on cust service line, even after trying again after bank holiday. Have tried the robot on website. Again, just says parcel delivered and accepts no other comments. No email address on website. Please allow a method of contact to tell you when you have not delivered even though your system says it has been delivered.
